A clean bike allows faster diagnosis and better working conditions.
If needed, a cleaning service including washing, drying, degreasing and lubrication can be carried out. This service is charged €19.
Bike repairs and adjustments are carried out by appointment in order to organise the workshop schedule efficiently and reduce bike downtime.
To ensure the best service, it is recommended to contact the Alberabike workshop before bringing your bike, especially for technical work, e-bikes, e-MTB or repairs requiring parts ordering.
Each intervention includes a bike repair quote prepared with the customer.
Labour remains an estimate and may change depending on issues discovered during dismantling: seized parts, worn bearings, damaged threads or specific technical issues, especially on e-bikes.
If major changes are required, you will be contacted before any additional work is carried out.
An insurance repair quote following an accident is charged €15.
This amount is refunded if the repair is carried out or parts are purchased from Alberabike.
The workshop keeps a stock of common bike parts to ensure fast repairs.
If a specific part needs to be urgently ordered, a €10 express shipping fee may apply.
The bike warranty is defined by the manufacturer and applies to the first owner.
Warranty on suspension components often requires maintenance within the first year.
Wear parts are not covered: chain, cassette, cables, brake pads, tyres, inner tubes or bearings.
Damage caused by crashes, impacts or improper use is not covered.
Any repair carried out outside the workshop may void the warranty.
Shipping costs for warranty returns remain the customer’s responsibility.
You will receive an SMS once your bike is ready. A phone call may also be made if needed.
