This tube of gel is in fact reusable after rinsing with hot water. Usage tips :

We advise you to take 1 tube of gel every 45 minutes during exercise (in order to provide 30g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts less than 3 hours) at the rate of a third of a tube every 1/4 of an hour. hour. That's why we put the cap on. The gel is resealable, so you don't need to consume it all in one go. This results in too much sugar intake which can have a counterproductive effect during exercise (reactive hypo, cotton legs, etc.). Better a regular supply to your body than the “yo-yo effect”.

Remember to hydrate regularly after each dose to remove sugar from your mouth. Allow approximately 500ml of water per hour. If you wait until you are thirsty to drink it will be too late.
