This superb used Rocky Mountain Altitude Carbon 50 from 2021 in very good condition is a bargain to grab!
It is a hyper-versatile machine with formidable downhill efficiency that has proven itself many times in competition (enduro world champion bike in 2022!).
This bike is a "carbon 50" mounting base but has almost entirely been modified.
The bike is fully protected with an invisiframe kit (value of €300, labor included).
There is a ready-to-use wick in the handlebars (practical for repairing during a ride).
Also, the bike is equipped with a Rocky Mountain "MX Mount" shock absorber mount to adapt the geometry to mullet riding.
The defects of the bike are simply aesthetic and are due to the classic use of an enduro bike, they in no way affect its proper functioning.
Recent interview:
The brake bleeding, the derailleur cable and housing, the seat post cable and housing and the tires (tubeless assembly redone, tape + new preventative) were changed on 09/09.
The shock absorber was removed when the bike was new for a spring shock absorber so the shock absorber is almost new. A complete maintenance of the fork as well as the seat post was carried out in June 2023. The handlebars are completely new. The saddle is the original one and only 2 exits.
Bike always carefully maintained and serviced in the store.

Rocky Mountain Altitude Technologies:
- “Size Specific” concept:
SUSPENSION
Thanks to the “Size Specific” concept of shock absorber adjustment, all riders, regardless of their physical appearance, can now benefit from better absorption of small shocks, mid-stroke support and progression at the end of the ride. suitable stroke. Our design team configures the shock absorbers according to concrete tests carried out in the field, and according to the size of the frame.
- FRAME CONSTRUCTION:
FORM™ tube sets are manufactured with premium quality materials that must meet our requirements. Each FORM™ tube we create is designed specifically for the frame, to optimize strength, weight and quality cycling experience.
- RIDE-9 adjustment system:
The RIDE-9 adjustment system allows riders to quickly fine-tune their geometry and suspension with a pair of Allen wrenches. Nine configurations are possible thanks to two nested chips.
Adjust the position of your RIDE-9 based on geometry before accounting for suspension effects or variables like air pressure and shock compression. Make incremental, incremental changes, take notes, and be methodical. Don't hastily adjust before a big trip. Take your time and enjoy the process.
- Smoothlink suspension:
The SMOOTHLINK™ suspension offers efficiency and flexibility during pedaling and over a wide speed range. It allows a controlled end of travel and a suspension curve that is even more efficient than the travel suggests. The design of this four-bar suspension is based on ride characteristics: each of our platforms combines variables like anti-sag, axle path, chain extension, suspension curve and anti-squat to deliver the riding experience Rocky Mountain bikes are known for.
- SMOOTHWALL carbon:
By using a rigid internal mold versus inflatable tanks, Smoothwall™ eliminates any excess fiber resin, to achieve a construction that is as rigid and light as possible. Multiple types of carbon placed in specific locations maximize stiffness and impact resistance while minimizing overall weight.
