Help with error code resolution

 

As a reminder, all the electrical components of your Rocky Mountain Powerplay are guaranteed three year and the batterie two years.

 

Warning: A replacement Iwoc order requires to enter the RME or PRK number registered under the bottom bracket of the bike with a single dealer to benefit from the application E bike Motion Dealer.

 

Error code 3: Disassemble the right housing and clean the magnets of the torque sensor with a cotton swab and the transmission if it is very dirty. The chain has been lengthened and the torque sensor deserves to be recalibrated. See calibration procedure in the user guide above. Otherwise change the torque sensor.

 

Error code 4: The battery has been unused for a long time or has caught a cold snap. Exchange in guarantee.
 

Error code 6: This is sometimes a sensor fault inside the motor. Sending the engine as a guarantee.
 

Error code 7: Motor heater / safety / Wait a few minutes for it to cool down.
 

Error code 11: Disconnect and reconnect the Iwoc / possibility of problem on the Iwoc cable / check if damaged cable. Change the Iwoc command.
 

Error code 24: Defective motor board / motor shipment as warranty
 

Error code 30: Over-current due to a possible internal short circuit: switch the engine off and on again / motor consignment as guarantee.
 

Error code 33: Magnet problem - rear sensor / check magneto hold / change speed sensor cable.
