The XT BR-M8120 4-piston hydraulic disc brake with 2-finger brake lever from Shimano fits perfectly into the strong lineup of the new XT M8100 groupset.
The strong points: more braking power with less effort and an extremely linear response to lever movement.
The new DEORE XT is a four-piston brake for trail/enduro use.
The new design of the brake lever, which is mounted at an angle to provide two points of support on the handlebars, which significantly increases rigidity, provides more direct feedback and braking performance, which is further improved by SERVO WAVE technology.
The braking systems are therefore characterized by faster response, higher performance and a shorter idle stroke.
