The width of the handlebars should match the width of the shoulders and the span of the arms. This is why Reverse has developed the Youngstar, to offer the youngest a handlebar corresponding to their size to give them more control, and therefore more fun!
The Youngstar is a lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum handlebar, 560mm wide by 22mm high. Which is perfectly suited to riders under 12 years old or measuring 130-150cm.
The reduced width and height of the handlebars give them an optimal position to lift the wheels off the ground, actively change position and control the bike. We increased the Backsweep slightly to bring the handlebars back towards the rider's hands, for even more control.
The result is a lightweight, high-quality handlebar, offering personalized ergonomics that allows your child to ride the trail with more confidence and control.
